These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website aichatbot.best and the free AI chat available on it (the “Service”). By opening the chat and sending a message, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

AI Chatbot is a free, browser-based chat assistant. You can ask questions, get explanations, draft and rewrite text, translate between languages, and get help with code. No account and no login are required to start a conversation.

The Service is an interface to third-party large language models. We do not train the models ourselves and we do not control every word they produce.

2. Independence and trademarks

AI Chatbot is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by xAI or Grok, OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, or any other AI provider. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break any law that applies to you;
• create or spread malware, phishing pages, or instructions for attacking systems you do not own;
• generate sexual content involving minors, or content that incites violence or hatred against people because of who they are;
• impersonate another person or organisation, or present generated text as the work of someone else;
• harvest the Service through automated scripts, resell access, or attempt to bypass usage limits;
• upload personal data about other people that you have no right to share.

We may limit or block access if we detect abuse, automated scraping, or attempts to overload the Service.

5. AI output — accuracy and your responsibility

Language models can be wrong. They can invent facts, citations, dates, prices, names, and legal or medical details that sound convincing. Output may be outdated or incomplete.

Everything the Service produces is provided for general information only. It is not legal, medical, financial, tax, or psychological advice, and it does not replace a qualified professional. Verify anything important against a primary source before you rely on it, and consult a specialist for decisions that affect your health, money, safety, or legal position.

You are responsible for what you do with the output and for checking that its use complies with the law and with any third-party rights.

6. Your content

You keep whatever rights you already have in the text you type into the chat. You grant us a limited right to process that text so we can operate the Service — mainly, to pass it to the model provider and return an answer to you.

Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, government identity numbers, medical records, or other sensitive data through the chat.

7. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, including free usage limits, at any time and without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Paid access

Some capabilities may be offered as paid access. Prices, limits, and the refund policy are shown at the moment of purchase and form part of these Terms for that purchase.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by your reliance on AI-generated output. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event, or to zero if you used the Service for free.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with the date at the top. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the new version.
